How We're Different
Our key difference? We give our learners time.
At Intuition Learning we don’t just teach, pupils get more time to ask questions, explore answers, and understand how they learn best. Children and young people who struggle in large groups or classes have the chance to work closely with a tutor, taking the pressure off without losing structure.
It’s not just about grades, it’s about fostering resilient learners and facilitating curiosity and long-term independence.
With hour-long sessions, our learners have the opportunity to build their confidence through small, steady wins and take ownership of their learning.
We create a fun and engaging environment where each student is supported to grow not just in skills but in self-belief and confidence. What matters most to us is how each student learns, not just what they know.
We take the time to understand the individual, their strengths, habits (good and bad!), blocks, and pace.
Our Approach
Our approach is grounded in metacognition - a simple but powerful way of helping students understand how they learn best.
We teach simple thinking strategies that help them plan, organise, reflect and take ownership of their progress. Students learn to navigate their learning with more clarity and confidence because when your child believes in themselves, everything changes.
With this understanding of how they learn, students:
-
Begin to understand how they learn best
-
Build confidence as they meet and surpass their goals
-
Take ownership of their learning and become more independent learners
-
Re-engage with learning after setbacks or self-doubt
